AMBASSADOR FAQs
Each Rep receives a unique tracking link to share with their network. When someone clicks on this link, a 30-day tracking cookie is added to their browser. If they make a booking while the cookie is active, the Rep gets credit for the sale.
Here’s the breakdown:
• 10% per ticket for the first 10 sold
• 12% for 11–25 tickets, 15% for 26–50, and 20% for 51+
• £250 cash bonus for hitting 100 tickets
• VIP experience (table + drinks) for the top 3 sellers
• Extra 5% bonus on early bird sales 1st June
• Group booking bonus (£5 extra per ticket for 5+ groups)
• Referral commission (earn 2% from anyone you bring in to sell)
Your dashboard provides real-time insights on your performance, including:
- Last Click – When someone last clicked your link
- Total Clicks – The number of times your link was clicked
- Last Sale – Your most recent booking referral
- Total Sales – The number of successful bookings from your link
- Total Value – The total revenue generated from your referrals
- Express your interest to sign up as rep.

Reps will receive commission payments based on the following schedule:
Payment Frequency: Bi-Weekly (Every 2 Weeks)
- Payouts are processed twice a month to ensure reps receive their earnings consistently
Payment Method:
- Bank Transfer (Recommended for secure, high-value payments).
- PayPal (Fast and ideal for international transactions).
- Revolt/Cash App (Optional for digital wallet flexibility).
Minimum Payout Threshold: £50
- Earnings must reach at least £50 before a payout is triggered.
- If your commission is below £50, it will roll over to the next payout cycle.
Processing Time: 3-5 Business Days
- Payments will be processed within 3-5 business days after the end of the payout period.
Refund Handling:
If a booking is canceled or refunded before payout, the commission will be adjusted accordingly.

What is a General Ambassador? A General Ambassador is someone who promotes the event remotely by selling tickets through their unique link. You can promote on social media, WhatsApp, and word of mouth.
Do I need to travel to Marbella? No, you can be a General Ambassador from anywhere. Your focus is on selling tickets and earning commission.
How do I earn commission? Every ticket sold through your unique tracking link is recorded, and you receive bi-weekly payouts once you hit the minimum threshold.
What are my promotional requirements?
- Post about the event at least once a week on social media.
- Use the official flyers, captions, and hashtags provided.
- Encourage friends, family, and followers to book through your link.
Do I receive any perks? Yes! The more you sell, the more perks you unlock:
- Higher commission for top sellers.
- Free merchandise for reaching sales milestones.
- Priority consideration for future on-location rep roles.
What is an On-Location Ambassador? An On-Location Ambassador is someone who will be in Marbella during the event and helps promote both before and during the event. They receive exclusive perks and may have additional responsibilities.
Do I need to sell tickets before traveling? Yes. To qualify as an On-Location Ambassador, you must sell at least [5-10] tickets before arrival. This ensures you are an active and engaged rep.
What perks do On-Location Ambassadors receive?
- VIP access to select events.
- Drink tokens and bottle service discounts based on sales.
- The chance to network with DJs, performers, and event organizers.
- A commission boost for selling tickets while in Marbella.
What will I be doing on the ground?
- Continuing to sell tickets to last-minute buyers.

Can I upgrade from General Ambassador to On-Location Ambassador? Yes! If you start selling as a General Ambassador and hit the required sales target, you can request an upgrade to an On-Location Ambassador before the event.
